Installing iPad 2 WiFi Home Button

Step 6 – When separating the front panel from the bottom left corner of the iPad 2, be careful not to rip the digitizer cable (highlighted in red in the first picture). It is extremely thin and easy to tear. Slightly lift the front panel near the dock connector to separate it from the foam adhesive securing it to the LCD. Use a guitar pick to help cut the foam adhesive securing the perimeter of the LCD to the front panel.
Step 7 – Carefully rotate the front panel away from the iPad, being sure that no adhesive is still attaching the two components. Do not put excessive strain on the digitizer cable.
Step 8 – Lay the front panel next to the rest of the iPad 2. Do not attempt to completely remove the front panel assembly just yet, as it is still attached to the logic board via the display ribbon cable.
Step 9 – Home Button Remove the two 2.1 mm Phillips screws securing the home button to the front glass panel.

Step 1 battery, use a coin to the battery, turning 90 degrees locking screw to the right. Lift the battery out of the computer.
Finger step 2-EMI remove the four Phillips-head screws from the memory cover. Slide the storage cover removed the memory card cover.
Step 3 remove the long black Phillips screw next to the memory card. The pinkie of the EMI under the black screw to remove.
Step 4 - keyboard
Remove the keys F1, F2, F11 and F12 on the keyboard.
This is scary - take a deep breath before continuing. Place your index finger under the upper-left corner of the key and lift until you hear a click. Then transfer your finger to the left edge of the key and pull it to remove the key.

They are the two tabs on the left side of the key free from the two small holes in the plastic scissor mechanism. If you replace the keys in the keyboard, place the key directly from the slot, where it will go and press down until the most important snaps audibly.
